Sitting in the ER, minutes after the accident. Already swelling.
All wrapped up. Swollen Piggies.
Good and bruised and swollen.
Mike and his friends have been riding some dirt jumps on their bikes up at one of his friends houses in Lehi. We all went over one night for a BBQ and Mike had an accident. He was very high in the air, just about to do a really cool trick and his bike got away from him. Landed just right on his foot and busted his heel all up. We were in the ER for quite some time that night taking all kinds of Xrays and CT scans. All of the Doctors were very impressed. He was in a lot of pain. We just have to wait now for the swelling to go down so they can operate. They will have to put in a metal plate and a few pins. Surgery is set for Wednesday.

Poor Mike! Zach told me the other day about the bad news! Hope it heals quickly when he gets his surgery. Sorry Mike!!!
Dang it! I am sorry kids! I worked Friday night instead of going to the Hatch house. You should have text messaged me. I would have came down to see you guys. Call me if you need anything.
