We are going to Akumal, Mexico tomorrow! We could not be more excited! We are leaving first thing tomorrow morning and we will be back friday night! I know you are all so jelous. We will be staying in a house on the beach. Mikes work is taking us. Don't worry. We will post pictures as soon as we get back! We will miss you all!

Tiny picture.. sorry. Cassie (Michael's Cousin) got married on Saturday morning to Seth Gruber. MRS. Cassie Winslow Gruber. They got married in the Salt Lake Temple. Their Ceremony was amazing. They both were so happy. We couldn't be more happy for them.

Our fun weekend in Park City

All of Mikes companies franchise's come into town for a week in February every year for what is know as the "Franchise Retreat". Thursday night Michael and I drove up to Park City and stayed in the condo with Matt and Aaron. Friday morning they had a big meeting with all of the franchisees. I went shopping. ha ha then friday afternoon we went snowmobiling. It was so much fun! We had a blast! Mike loves it. He goes nuts every time we go snowmobiling. He is like a kid on Christmas! Then Friday night, one of the franchisees made everyone dinner. It was so good! We had to drive home that night and it was snowing so so hard! It took us a good two hours to get home! We had to drive so slow! Then Saturday we didn't go up until that evening for the big dinner at Zoom. That was about the conclusion. It was a very full very busy weekend. We had alot of fun.

Yet another birthday! Tanner turned 12! On his was to becoming a teenager! I cannot believe it! I remember when Tanner was born! Weird! It is incredible how fast life passes you by! We went to PF Changs for dinner for him and had cake and ice cream. He went bowling with a bunch of his friends the day before. He had a good one.

On Thursday my work had a hair cutting competition. It was up in South Jordan. It was against all Sport Clips in Utah and Idaho. I decided I would compete since the prize is good money. Who doesn't need money these days? So I did it. I cut our friend Luke's hair. Mike came up and supported me. We had fun. We haven't gotten the word on who won yet though. 

On January 24th all of Mike's family got together for the annual Soup Party. It basically is just a family reunion or a birthday party for their grandpa. It is always fun. We eat soup and play games and visit. There were alot of people there this year. We had alot of fun together and it was so great to see everyone. It is always just laid back.

It was my dad's Birthday on Saturday! Happy Birthday dad! Big 46! Mike was being lame and would not leave his eyes open for any pictures i took. Gotta love it! 

On Saturday we went to my little brother, Tanner's, basketball game. He is 11. He is on an all star team and loves it. Me and Mike go as often as possible. They are really fun to watch.

Nevada turned 3!!

We spent Christmas morning at michaels parents house and ate a wonderful breakfast with them and opened presents and then we went to grandma evans's house and then we spent the afternoon and evening with my family. We had a wonderful Christmas!

This morning we went to the Dukes house and Skylar was eating banana yogurt. She will no longer let her mom feed her, she has to do it herself. This is the outcome.

Michael's boss got me a birthday cake because their christmas party was on my birthday. Everyone sang happy birthday to me. It was a great birthday!

so. this week is going to be absolutely nuts. Welcome to the Christmas season right? incase you didn't know, Michael and i both work full time and Mike goes to school full time in the evenings. Needless to say... we don't see much of each other. Finals are coming up and This week Mike has prep Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights. We also have my work Christmas party on tuesday and Michaels work party and my birthday on friday and my family christmas party on saturday. What a freaking week! It makes me tired just thinking about it. It should be fun though. I just almost think all of the christmas parties arent worth the trouble. But it will all be fine and be over before we know it right!?

Christmas is finally here!! I can't hardly believe it.                                              another year has gone by so quickly.
This is our 1st christmas tree! How exciting is that! This christmas is going to be so much fun because it will be our very own and very first christmas together. We are so excited! We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

On Friday the 14th of November, Michael and I took Nev to Disney on Ice with Kristen and Diane and Skylar. She was being very shy. There were some girls dressed up like the Princesses and we kept trying to get her to go over to them to take a picture. She would walk up to them and just put her hands over her mouth and just get so excited and turn around and be shy. It was the cutest thing ever. She loves Cinderella. It was so fun to see her get so excited.
